We solicit and receive an extraordinary number of samples from roasters the World over, and generally select only a tiny percent for our coffeebar. Our choices are guided solely by flavor, and that represents itself in articulate, delicate and beautiful coffees.
Kyle and Charles have been in the boutique coffee World for over a decade each. They have held titles ranging from Barista to Coffee Educator to Green Coffee Buyer to VP of Strategy at some of the World’s preeminent coffee companies. Now they serve coffee every day in LA and love doing it.
