New Year’s Eve Dinner at Café Pinot
Ring in the new year with holiday specials by Executive Chef Phillip Martin, with dishes including Oysters in Snow with apple, yuzu, and black pepper; Whole Dungeness Crab Dip in Shell with smoked crème fraiche, tarragon, sunchoke, avocado, chive, corn, and grilled bread; and Crispy Short Rib with salsify, broccoli, pearl onion, and yuzu hollandaise. Full a la carte menu, champagne, and curated wine pairings will also be available.
