The Economic Development team focuses on key sectors of the Downtown economy, including: Office & Industry, Retail & Hospitality, Residential Development, Arts & Culture, and Streetscapes & Public Spaces. Office Space Tours: Take our monthly tour of Downtown's eclectic neighborhoods, creative work environments and innovative companies to learn why DTLA is the perfect place for your business. Held on the fourth Thursday of every month.

GET URBAN TOURS

Housing Tours: Held on the first Saturday of each month, this tour showcases Downtown's unique neighborhoods, attractions and amenities, and residential living opportunities, including both for-lease and for-sale developments.
