"The mixed-use development, which would replace a city-owned parking lot, calls for the construction of a 19-story building featuring 298 studio apartments - reserved entirely for very low-income households - as well as four manager's apartments. Other elements of the project include 50,000 square feet of office space for Chrysalis and Inner City Law Center, 3,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and parking for 405 vehicles and 206 bicycles.

Designed by Joseph Wong Design Associates, the high-rise would front the intersection of 6th and San Pedro, while a standalone parking structure would be located along the southern half of the property. Plans also call for several outdoor decks and amenity areas - including a courtyard and paseo cutting between San Pedro and Crocker Streets - which are being designed by landscape architecture firm AHBE|MIG." - SOURCE: URBANIZE LA, 6/17/2019
