Requested Entitlement:
PURSUANT TO LAMC 12.27, A ZONE VARIANCE TO ALLOW 0 AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACES, IN LIEU OF THE REQUIRED 31 AUTOMOBILE PARKING. PURSUANT TO LAMC 12.27, A ZONE VARIANCE TO REDUCE LONG TERM BICYCLE PARKING SPACES FROM 23 TO 12 TO ALLOW ALL SHORT TERM BIKE PARKING TO BE LOCATED AT BASEMENT LEVEL. 1. DIRECTOR'S DETERMINATION FOR TRANSFER OF FLOOR AREA RIGHTS (TFAR) FROM THE LOS ANGELES CONVENTION CENTER (DONOR SITE) FOR THE APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF 29,074 SQUARE FEET TO THE PROJECT SITE (RECEIVER SITE) PERMITTING A MAXIMUM 7.9:1 FAR IN LIEU OF THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED 6:1 FAR. THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PROVIDES A TOTAL OF UP TO 35,514 SQUARE FEET FLOOR AREA. (SECTION 14.5.7). 2.. SITE PLAN REVIEW, INCLUDING A REQUEST FOR DOWNTOWN DESIGN GUIDELINES CONFORMANCE DETERMINATION (SEC. 16.05). 3. A ZONE VARIANCE TO ALLOW 0 AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACES, IN LIEU OF THE REQUIRED 31 AUTOMOBILE PARKING. 4.
