Since its founding in 1998, the Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID) has served those who live, work, and play in Downtown Los Angeles. The DCBID is proud to provide safe & clean services to the 65-block Central Business District, as well as economic development and marketing services that help Downtown achieve its full potential. DowntownLA.com has become more than just a site about the DCBID – it is now a premier community portal featuring numerous useful resources:

Our comprehensive online directory is the most complete resource for Downtown LA residents, employees, and tourists.

If you would like to submit or update your business information, please fill out our Business Information Form. And remember: Be sure to integrate any appropriate keywords into your description, which will help visitors find your business when searching our directory for a particular need.

If you host or organize events which take place within Downtown Los Angeles, you are welcome to submit them for posting on our popular Events Calendar.

We accept submissions through our online Event Submission Form, which allows us to quickly review and post your events as you would like them to appear. If approved, events are usually displayed within 1-2 business days.

All businesses can share an image with their listing, which will be resized to a maximum width of 150 pixels.

Our Happy Hour page provides readers with a great way to sample Downtown's best for less!

To submit your details, please complete and return a completed Happy Hours Form, along with a preferred image to use with your offer. Keep in mind that this image will be displayed at a small size on our website, mobile site, and mobile app. Posting usually takes 2-3 business days.

All businesses can share an image with their listing, which will be resized to a maximum width of 116 pixels.

If you're running special offers and promotions to those who live, work, and play in Downtown LA, we encourage you to share these.

To submit your offer, please complete and return a completed Downtown Specials Form, along with a preferred image to use with your offer. Keep in mind that this image will be displayed at a small size on our website, mobile site, and mobile app. Posting usually takes 2-3 business days and, depending on expiration dates, all new submissions are considered for inclusion in our next monthly email newsletter.

Marketing Roundtable Meetings

At the monthly Marketing Roundtable Meetings, we discuss upcoming marketing activities and mingle with 50-70 professionals involved in marketing Downtown LA businesses and events. This has become a great way for to collaborate on many new events and promotions, and for attendees to form partnerships with each other.

These meetings run from 2:00pm to 3:30pm in the offices of the Downtown Center Business Improvement District and the Central City Association at 626 Wilshire Blvd., Ste. 200 (map).
