Downtown LA is growing by leaps and bounds. This includes hundreds of kids that now call Downtown home! The Downtown Center Business Improvement District is happy to invite all Downtown LA families to attend our Fifth Annual Halloween Party for Downtown LA Kids. This is a wonderful community-building event. Last year, hundreds attended – and we're expecting an even stronger showing this year!
