Halloween Party for Downtown L.A. Kids Downtown Los Angeles is growing by leaps and bounds. This includes hundreds of kids that now call Downtown home. We want all Downtown kids to have a fun, safe Halloween in their own backyard, so we are happy to invite all Downtown LA families to attend our Third Annual Halloween Party for Downtown LA Kids. This is a wonderful community-building event. Last year, hundreds attended – and we're expecting an even stronger showing this year!

When: Sunday, October 31  •  5:00pm-8:00pm
  • Costumes required for kids and suggested for adults
  • Bring your own already-carved pumpkin for the contest
  • "Bouncy House"
  • Candy, Treats, & Crafts
  • Sorry, no dogs are allowed in Grand Hope Park
Where: Grand Hope Park at FIDM
Southeast corner of Hope & 9th (map)
Parking: $5 in the FIDM Garage. Enter from the south side of 9th Street, between Hope & Grand.
Cost: The party is FREE. Food, water & candy is sponsored by Ralphs Fresh Fare.
