Downtown Los Angeles Business Walking Tour

Great things are happening in Downtown! Find out why office tenants, restaurants, retailers, commercial and housing developers and residents are flocking to the New Downtown!

Our business walking tour is designed to show you all the great things that you've been reading about and hearing about! From great new developments like Staples Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall and Downtowns newest jewel, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels to new loft style apartments and quality office space, see why Downtown Los Angeles is THE place to do business. If you are a decision maker for your company, please join us!

This is what you'll see and hear about on the tour!

Office Space

Downtown Los Angeles is the largest office building market in Southern California with some 33 million square feet of space. We'll show you what leasing opportunities are available from trophy skyscrapers to historic office buildings. The tour guides you from the heart of Downtown, Pershing Square, through the Financial District and then up to Bunker Hill. Downtown offers you the best quality product for the most affordable rates in greater Los Angeles.
We'll also show you Downtown's amenities including: hotels, restaurants, shopping and cultural and entertainment icons, including Staples Center, The Music Center, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Los Angeles Center Studios, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels.

Whether you need 1,000 square feet or 5000 square feet (or more!) we'll point you in the right direction and end the tour with a complete list of building leasing agents and availability and how to make deals.

Retail & Restaurant

Downtown Los Angeles has great leasing opportunities for retailers and restaurateurs. During the week there are over 150,000 workers in the central business district. In the evening, restaurants can capitalize on crowds from Staples Center, the Music Center and our growing residential population.
You'll see our two major shopping centers, Macy's Plaza and 7th and Fig as well as street level leasing opportunities from the Financial and Retail District up to Bunker Hill. We take you to the Grand Central Market down Broadway and through the Jewelry District.

Come and see why restaurants such as The Palm, Arnie Morton's Steak House and Zucca Ristorante are bullish on Downtown. Hard & soft good retailers can join a host of national and local tenants in our vibrant and growing retail market.

At the end of the tour we'll give you the leasing agent contacts and how to make deals!

Commercial & Housing Development

There is incredible confidence in the Downtown Development market. From Adaptive Reuse projects like Tom Gilmore's conversion of historic office buildings for residential use in the Old Bank District, to Geoff Palmer's ultra luxurious new Medici Apartment complex, Downtown residential is booming.
You'll get a bird's eye view of Downtown and we'll also tour the Old Bank District. We'll talk about, pricing, demand, absorption and new adaptive reuse projects in the pipeline, including the Higgins Building, Mark Weinstein's Santee Court, The Subway Terminal Building, 612 S. Flower, the Lee Group and CIM Group's Flower Street Loft Condominiums and the Pacific Electric Building. Buildings suitable for adaptive reuse will also be identified. Lenders and appraisers are also welcome to join us!

Remember! - This is a walking tour and requires good physical stamina. Please wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to hike a significant number of stairs. Water will be provided. Please arrive a little early, as the tour starts promptly.

Also, please remember to eat a late breakfast so you'll have enough energy for the tour.
