World Health Day LA
Come to the LA Expo Center for a day of fun, free, family-friendly events! This year, World Health Day LA is promoting healthy lifestyles through physical activity and good nutrition, and in anticipation of the upcoming 2012 London Olympics, our theme is “Going for the Gold.” In addition to appearances by Olympic athletes, the event will feature a wide variety of free health screenings, sports activities and entertainment—including the USC Marching band and USC Spirit Leaders—for the community to enjoy. World Health Day LA is an annual health event brought to you by the University of Southern California; University of California, Los Angeles; and Western University of Health Sciences.
